1. Presentation and Ownership

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website https://mondday.be, as well as all table reservations, menu orders, and services provided by MOND-DAY SRL at its restaurant premises. By accessing the Website or making a reservation, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these terms.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

  • Booking: Table reservations can be made online via the Website, by email, or by phone.

  • Punctuality: Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the agreed time. Beyond this period, MOND-DAY SRL reserves the right to reassign the table to other guests without prior notice.

  • Cancellation: Guests are kindly requested to notify the establishment of any cancellation or modification to the number of guests as early as possible (ideally at least 24 hours in advance). For special events or group bookings, specific terms or deposit requirements may apply.

4. Menu, Prices, and Payment

  • Prices: All prices listed on the Website or on the restaurant menu are expressed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included / TVAC).

  • Availability: Menu items, seasonal dishes, and ingredient availability are subject to change without prior notice based on daily market arrivals and stock.

  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Cash, Bancontact, major Credit Cards, and authorized electronic meal vouchers.

5. Allergens and Dietary Requirements

In accordance with applicable food safety regulations, information regarding the 14 major allergens is available upon request at the restaurant. Guests suffering from severe food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements must inform the service staff prior to placing their order. MOND-DAY SRL cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination in the kitchen.

6. Takeaway / Click & Collect (If applicable)

  • Order Collection: Takeaway orders must be collected at the restaurant in Ixelles within the confirmed time slot.

  • Food Safety Responsibility: Upon pickup, the customer assumes full responsibility for the transport, hygienic handling, and cold storage of prepared meals.

  • No Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Article VI.73 CDE), the right of withdrawal does not apply to prepared food, perishable items, or restaurant services provided on a specific date.

7. Liability and Security

MOND-DAY SRL makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions. MOND-DAY SRL declines all liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left unattended in the restaurant, as well as for the content of third-party websites accessible via hyperlinks.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, visual elements, logos, texts, and graphics present on https://mondday.be are the exclusive property of MOND-DAY SRL or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these elements is strictly prohibited.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory statutory provisions protecting consumers.
